How to order

  • Select the item you desire, then click ADD TO CART
  • You can choose to go back and continue to shop or checkout with your current shopping cart by click button CHECKOUT 
  • You will be directed to login to your account or you can login before you order. if you haven’t had an account, you can easily register by filling the register colon we provide
  • Click the shopping cart the proceed to checkout by click the CHECKOUT button
  • If you have voucher code or other promotion from us, you can fill the code to the code column, if not you can proceed to the next step  by clicking COMPLETE ORDER button 
  • You will get your order ID and the total amount you have to pay as well as bank account number where you have to pay for your shopping 
  • After you finished the payment, confirm the payment by click PAYMENT CONFIRMATION button and fill the column we provide or click the link of CONFIRM PAYMENT in the invoice we sent to your email
Your payment will be verified in 1x24 working hour (Monday-Friday: 10 AM-5PM) and (Saturday: 10AM-3PM)
  • You package will be ship H+1 after your payment got verified by our team which you will get the email once we verified your payment.
  • We will update the track number H+1 after the date of your shipment (not after we verified your payment)

Shipping

  • What expedition agent are we using and how much is the shipping fee?
    • We use JNT service for shipment, we ship from Jakartashipping fee can be check at JNT website (insert JNT Website link)
  • When will my package shipped and when will i get my order’s track number?
    • your package will be ship in the same day if we receive and verified your payment in the same day at 10AM-5PM on working days (Monday-Friday). We will update your track number through email within 1x24 hours after we ship your package.

Refund Claim

  • If our team make a mistake by sending wrong products, we will resend the the right package and refund the shipping fee that is used to refund the wrong package to us.Note that the return and refund term can only apply if the product is still in a good condition, sealed, and never been used. the return process usually takes 3 days. Return and refund claim has to be informed to us maximum 3 days after you receive the package, the return and refund claim won’t be processed otherwise. 
  • Note if we face an overload, we need more time to process your order. your package will be shipped in 3 working days maximum. All transaction and shipment will only be proceed at the working days (Monday-Friday), no shipment on the weekend or holiday.
  • If you make the orders on the weekend or holiday, we will process your order on the next working day (Monday-Friday)
